The Rheinkontor at the Mainz customs port was completed in 2020. The harbor is one of the top locations in Mainz. The office property offers workplaces with a view of the canals, many opportunities for development and state-of-the-art equipment for companies and entrepreneurs.

The starting point of our communication concept for the rental documents was, on the one hand, the view of the canals on the Main, the unique location in the harbor and the angular, modern architecture. The latter is reminiscent of office buildings with clinker bricks, large windows and perforated facades. The property is DGNB Gold certified and is characterized by a high level of sustainability.
In addition to the lettering, the logo as a visual element has a right angle in the colors of the facade design. It underlines a distinctive feature that can be found in the window design and the relief of the external surfaces.

About Us
Our work in the construction phase included, among other things, 3D simulations of the exterior and interior of the property, print and online rental expositions as well as communication measures in the area surrounding the property.
